The short version: We collect only what we need to set up your system. We do not store your data or your customers' data. We do not sell anything. Ever.

1. Who This Covers

This Privacy Shield applies to all HVAC business owners and operators ("you" or "Client") who interact with JobsBookedNow through our website, booking process, or automation setup services.

It explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how we protect it.

2. What We Collect

When you book a call or onboard with JobsBookedNow, we may collect the following:

Your name and email address
Your business name and basic business information
Details about the software tools your business uses
API keys or temporary login credentials needed to complete your integration setup

We do not collect payment card details directly. Any payments are processed through third-party payment providers with their own privacy policies.

3. What We Do Not Collect

JobsBookedNow does not collect, access, or store:

Your customers' personal information
Lead records, job histories, or invoices from your CRM
Call recordings or communication logs from your business
Any data beyond what is directly needed to build and activate your automation system

4. How We Use Your Information

The information you share with us is used exclusively to:

Set up and configure your automation workflows
Communicate with you about your project status
Provide ongoing support if issues arise with your system
Contact you about your trial or service updates

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside of delivering our services to you.

5. Data Storage

JobsBookedNow does not operate a central database of client business data. Your information is handled during the active setup period and is not retained in our systems after the project is complete.

Any API credentials or temporary login details you share with us are used solely during the setup window. We recommend revoking or rotating credentials once your system is live and handed over to you.

6. Third-Party Tools We Use

To deliver our services, JobsBookedNow uses the following types of platforms:

Automation platforms (Make.com, n8n) to build your workflows
Communication tools (Twilio and similar) to power SMS and follow-up sequences
Scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Calendly, and similar) for appointment flows
Your existing CRM and field service software (HousecallPro, ServiceTitan, and others)

Each of these platforms operates under their own privacy policies. JobsBookedNow is not responsible for how these third-party providers handle data. We recommend reviewing their individual policies if you have concerns.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

The only circumstances under which we may share information are:

When required by law or a valid legal process
To protect the rights or safety of JobsBookedNow or its clients
With your explicit consent

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Ask what information we hold about you
Request that we delete any information we have on file
Withdraw access to your tools or credentials at any time
Opt out of any non-essential communications from us

9. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect any information shared with us during the course of a project. This includes limiting access to credentials only to the team members directly working on your setup and not transmitting sensitive information over unsecured channels.

That said, no system is completely secure. If you ever suspect that credentials shared with us may have been compromised, revoke and reset them immediately and notify us at the contact below.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Shield from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
