These Terms of Integration ("Terms") govern the relationship between JobsBookedNow ("we," "us," or "our") and any HVAC business owner or operator ("Client") who engages our automation setup and integration services.
By booking a call, signing up, or allowing JobsBookedNow to access any of your business tools or software, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with onboarding.
JobsBookedNow builds and installs automation workflows for HVAC businesses. This includes, but is not limited to:
We use platforms such as Make.com and n8n to build these systems, and we connect to third-party tools including but not limited to HousecallPro, ServiceTitan, Twilio, Google Calendar, and any other software the Client uses in their operations.
To build and configure your automation systems, JobsBookedNow may require temporary access to your software accounts. This may include:
You agree to provide accurate access information and to revoke or update credentials immediately if access is no longer needed or if a security concern arises.
JobsBookedNow will only access the tools and data necessary to complete the agreed setup. We will not access, view, or modify anything outside the scope of the project.
JobsBookedNow does not store, retain, or sell any of your business data or your customers' data. Any information we encounter during setup — including lead records, customer contacts, or job details — remains within your own platforms.
Any API credentials or temporary login details shared with us are used solely for the purpose of setup and are not stored beyond what is necessary to complete the integration. You are responsible for revoking access once the project is complete if you choose to do so.
JobsBookedNow integrates with third-party platforms on your behalf. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the actions, policies, or uptime of any third-party software including HousecallPro, ServiceTitan, Twilio, Make.com, n8n, Google, or any other platform used in your setup.
Any issues arising from changes to third-party APIs, platform outages, or policy changes by those providers are outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services.
The systems we build are custom-configured based on information provided by the Client during onboarding. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate, including business details, software in use, and workflow preferences.
JobsBookedNow is not responsible for errors, missed follow-ups, or system failures caused by incorrect information provided during setup, changes made to the system by the Client or a third party after handover, or disruptions in third-party platforms.
JobsBookedNow offers a risk-free 30-day trial for qualifying HVAC businesses. During this period:
All automation workflows, configurations, and systems built by JobsBookedNow are delivered to the Client for their own use. However, JobsBookedNow retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and approaches in other engagements. We do not resell or share your specific business configurations with any third party.
JobsBookedNow provides automation and integration services on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our systems, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost leads, or data loss.
Our total liability to any Client shall not exceed the total amount paid to JobsBookedNow in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
